若翻成'講師' 亦與學制上的 教授,副教授,助理教授,講師 相混
建議翻成 講員 或 教師 較妥
否則 講師中有 Prof. (教授) 看起來怪怪的

我個人認為可將recitation翻譯成「演習課」。理由如下：

1.Merriam-Webster網站對recitation的解釋3b為

a class period especially in association with and for review of
a lecture

2.《語言學導論》教學大綱中有這幾句話：

Attendance will be taken in recitations and from time to time
may be taken in the lecture as well.

Late problem sets will not be accepted except for compelling
reasons and with explicit e-mail permission of the instructor
or recitation leader.

If you are having serious problems with any assignment, do
not hesitate to get in touch with the instructor or your
recitation leader in person or by e-mail.

綜合上面三句話可知，recitation是一種教授講課以外的上課時間；
由教授以外的其他人帶領這個上課時間、協助解答學生問題，
也許同時負責批改作業。由其角色來看，這人其實就是課堂助教。

若再加上第一點內的解釋，我們可以判定，recitation是一般人熟知的
「演習課」，而recitation leader就是演習課助教。
